I started in the health and fitness industry well over a decade ago, moving from Personal Trainer to Medical Exercise Specialist and finally to Registered Massage Therapist. Now that I have a separate space at the house I will be complementing my 5 years of clinic experience with an at home clinic offering evening and weekends.
